Refund Policy

Eligibility Criteria
Refunds may be available to clients who have engaged advisory services within the preceding thirty (30) days and whose engagement is subject to the terms of their [Service Agreement Reference].
Qualifying Conditions
- Written request submitted within the eligibility window
- Service has not been substantially performed
- No regulatory or contractual restrictions preventing refund
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the original service date. Requests received after this period will generally not be eligible.
Request Process
To request a refund, email info@sketrta.site with your name, account reference, service date, and reason for the request. Our compliance team will review and respond within three business days.
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within five to seven (5–7) business days through the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Third-party custody and transaction costs
- Regulatory filing fees
- Fees for services already substantially performed
